In Churín, there are many options for enjoying the hot springs, but one of the most recommended are Mamahuarmi and the Raura snow-capped mountains.

Mamahuarmi means “Mother Woman” in Quechua, a natural pool with a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius. Mamahuarmi is rich in sulfur, calcium, iron, and magnesium, and helps improve the skin, bones, muscles, and circulatory system.

The thermal baths of La Juventud are said to heal the body and soul. These baths are ideal for relieving stress, fatigue, respiratory conditions, skin and hair problems, and have several pools and ponds.
