6:00 a.m.

Pick up from the hotel to go to San Pedro station to board the Vistadome or Expedition train at 6:40 a.m.
Once in Aguas Calientes, the private guide will contact you to coordinate the bus ride to the citadel of Machu Picchu (30-minute trip).
12:00 p.m.
Entrance to the citadel of Machu Picchu where you will have a guided tour for three hours, then free time to finish the tour, then take the bus down to the town of Aguas Calientes.
